- Download the template or an existing card design to use as a reference so you get the sizing and spacing right.
- Design your card design in your app of choice
- Upload your design to an image host
- Use the direct link to that image on the Card Designer form on FifaRosters
The FifaRosters community is very helpful. Here are a few ways you can reach out for help with any problems you might be experiencing on the site:
- Post a comment in the comment section of the page you are having a question about.
- Post on Twitter about your question. You can mention @fifarosters
- Search or post on Reddit. Some subreddits that might help are r/fifacardcreators, r/fifacareers, r/fifa
- Or you can use the contact form to send a message to us, but those typically don't get quick replies.
A few key points about signing up for an account on FifaRosters:
- The account activation email is usually sent out shortly after you sign up.
- The email will come from thomas@fifarosters.com. Add this to your contacts list if you want to be sure to avoid the email going to spam.
- Check your spam folder to see if it accidentally filtered the email
- If it has been a long time and you still have not received your activation email, get in touch with us and we'll sort it out.
The most common reason for a custom image url to not work is because you are using a link to a webpage rather than a direct link. Direct links to images should end with an image file type extension like ".png", ".gif", or ".jpg"
Also, the image has to be publicly accessible. So you will not be able to use links to images that are on your Google Drive or anywhere else behind a login. I recommend imgbb.com or other free image hosting sites.
